I was a doctoral student in the i-acoma group led by Prof. Josep Torrellas at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign from 2009 to 2014. My research focus is low-power computer architecture; micro-architecture; memory subsystems: eDRAMs, DRAMs, 3D stacked memories; refresh reduction in dynamic memories; power, performance, thermal and process variation analysis. My doctoral thesis was titled "Refresh Reduction in Dynamic Memories". I was a recipient of the 2013 Intel Ph.D. Fellowship [Illinois news][ECE news]. I graduated in 2014 and now work at Nvidia Research.I graduated with a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and a Master in Micro-electronics from IIT Bombay in 2007. Thereafter, I worked at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. in Hsinchu, Taiwan for 2 years. I joined the i-acoma group in 2009.
