Main Idea:

The Morphable Multithreaded Memory Tiles (M3T) system is a novel malleable computing system where both polymorphous hardware (chip microarchitecture and network) and polymorphous software (model-based synthesis tools, compiler, and morphware) cooperate in a constraint-sensitive environment to adapt to changing mission and scenario demands.
